Many companies have values, but they are often just words on paper or on a website. That is not how Aminad was created. When our founder, Lido Ramadan, started Aminad he began with our values. Aminad’s six core values are – kindness, determination, humility, generosity, intellectual curiosity, and simplicity. They define how we interact with each other and how we make critical company decisions and how we serve our clients. These values are more than just words, they define us and our work – they represent who we are.
At Aminad we believe that being generous with your ideas, your time, and your kindness creates an impact that everyone wants to be a part of. Our strong values-based culture, subject matter expertise, and client commitment make us unique. Our focus on values begins in the hiring process by focusing on our values in interviews. It continues in our day to day in how we spotlight our employees for living our values with each other and with our clients, and how we collaborate with our partners to ensure we are delivering results.

At Aminad, our culture of giving back starts at the very beginning when a team member joins the firm. Every employee is given a new hire donation to donate to the 501c3 charitable organization of their choice and an anniversary donation to honor their impact each year and support them in having an impact in the community.
Aminad also holds an annual Day of Service each year on Indigenous Peoples’ Day. This day is a day off for those who would like to volunteer and give back to their community. We set up a local activity in D.C. that our employees in town can participate in and those remotely can choose a virtual activity or volunteer in their local community.
We also sponsor events such as the annual Fight for the Brain to benefit the National Brain Tumor Society, and partner with local organizations like We Rock Cancer to help prevent skin cancer. Aminad is also proud to partner with StreetWise Partners, a non-profit organization with a mission to harness the mentoring resources of the private sector to reduce unemployment within the low-income communities of New York City and Washington, D.C. At Aminad, we are dedicated to supporting organizations close to our hearts and the hearts of our team members.
